Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks a Quality Assurance lead to develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with project goals and client expectations.

You will conduct inspections, audits of materials and processes to ensure industry standards and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with project managers and engineers to spot issues early.

The role also involves leading root cause analyses for non-conformities and driving corrective and preventive actions across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in the relevant industry sector.
• Certification such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or equivalent.
• Experience in managing teams and leading quality initiatives across diverse projects.
