Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Culture, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 6–10 years of experience in programmes and events management or a similar role
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Arabic is desirable but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of rebate schemes and familiarity with UAE best practices is preferred
• Experience in business planning
• Strong experience in program management, including financial and policy-related aspects

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of programmes and events through effective process management and execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and delivering distinctive experiences.
• Oversee campaigns with maximum reach and relevance to target audiences and participating assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional working groups, including Marketing & Communications, Promotions, Culture teams, asset owners, external agencies, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and manage relationships with external agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery and activation outcomes.
• Define performance metrics and success criteria to measure impact and ROI.
• Identify opportunities to enhance stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
• Maintain consistency of brand identity across all campaigns, materials, and channels.
• Lead the achievement of section objectives by setting individual goals, managing performance, and developing team capabilities.
