Job summary

Confidential Careers in Dubai invites an experienced Event Coordinator & Tenant Engagement Specialist to lead community events from concept to completion. You will build strong tenant relationships, plan annual calendars, and coordinate with Marketing, Facilities, Security, and Operations to deliver engaging experiences.

The role requires 5–8 years in Event Management or related fields, with strong English communication and Arabic preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Events Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Real Estate, or related field.
5–8 years of relevant experience in Event Management, Community Engagement, Resident Experience, Hospitality, or related fields.
Proven hands-on experience in planning and executing events.
Proven experience in direct engagement with tenants/residents.

Responsibilities

Develop an annual calendar of community events, celebrations, and activities.
Plan and execute events end-to-end, including concepts, budgets, timelines, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution.
Coordinate with Marketing, Facilities, Security, Operations and other relevant teams when required.
Maintain event records and prepare reports covering attendance, feedback, engagement, and costs.
Manage event activities within approved budgets and timelines.
