Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, seeks a Manager Event Sales to join the hotel sales team. Lead responses to inquiries, negotiate space and F&B, and drive group business while maximizing revenue opportunities.

You will build relationships in corporate, association and incentive markets, attend tradeshows, and collaborate with marketing to boost events. A degree in hotel management or related field is preferred with strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a degree in Hotel Management, Marketing or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years in hotel sales; 3 years related experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Assess and handle events and group inquiries, negotiate room rates and F&B spend to obtain group business.
• Monitor group & event budgets to ensure targets are met.
• Develop relationships in corporate, association and incentive markets via prospecting and site inspections.
• Represent the resort at tradeshows and events with five-star standards and strategic plans.
• Collaborate with marketing to promote events and increase sales.
• Stay current on trends and build long-lasting client relationships.
• Support directors and teams, providing guidance to coordinators as needed.
• Attend industry events and network to sustain client engagement.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by leadership.
