Job summary

Altea Agency LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive event projects from planning and budgeting to onsite execution and project closure.

You will develop timelines, manage client meetings, budgets, and supplier commitments, and coordinate venues, production teams, and freelancers while leading a team of PMs and EEs. The role requires flexibility for onsite hours and travel in UAE.

Qualifications

• 6+ years UAE event project management experience.
• Experience managing complex events from start to finish.
• Experience in luxury, corporate, VVIP, cultural or public events.
• Strong leadership, organization and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project timelines, execution plans, schedules and deliverables.
• Manage client communication, meetings, approvals and day-to-day project requirements.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, quotations and supplier commitments.
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, production teams, partners, performers and freelancers.
• Lead and support Project Managers and Project Executives.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, contracts and operational schedules.
• Oversee setup, rehearsals, event operations and dismantling.
• Resolve onsite challenges while maintaining timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Ensure projects are delivered according to the approved scope and client expectations.
