Client of S&K HR Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager Events to lead high-profile luxury brand events in Dubai and internationally. The role demands a minimum of 7 years in luxury fashion or retail events and a proven ability to manage end-to-end project cycles with excellent leadership and client servicing.

The successful candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams across design, production, logistics, and venues, ensuring flawless on-brand experiences

Qualifications

• 7+ years in luxury/events management.
• Experience with budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication and client servicing.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event projects from briefing to post-event reporting.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resources to hit milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet brand standards.
• Conduct site visits and lead pre-production meetings.
• Create reporting frameworks to track project performance.
