Job summary

IMCO Engineering & Construction Co . W.L.L. seeks an experienced Estimation Engineer to support UAE and regional power infrastructure markets.

Responsible for cost estimates, tender submissions, and commercial analyses for OHL, Live Line Maintenance, substations, distribution networks, and cable works. The role requires strong knowledge of UAE utility market, EPC contracting, vendor sourcing, and construction methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
Minimum 5-8 years estimating experience with 3-5 years in UAE.
Experience in power and utility projects in UAE and GCC.

Responsibilities

Tendering, estimation review, and compliance with BOQs and specifications.
Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits to gather input.
Develop material take-offs, labor calculations, and subcontractor cost evaluations.
Prepare BoQ references and RFQ processes.
Obtain quotations and perform commercial comparisons.
Estimate direct and indirect costs including manpower and equipment.
Pre-bid design and engineering estimate for overall process.
Prepare pricing summary and coordinate with Head of Estimation.
