Job summary

Emirates Electrical & Instrumentation Company LLC, part of the Ghobash Group, seeks a Senior Electrical Estimation Engineer in Abu Dhabi to lead tender costing for electrical projects. You will review specifications, coordinate with suppliers, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring accurate cost estimation and compliance with ADNOC/DEWA standards.

The role requires 8+ years in estimation, HV/MV/LV expertise, and strong negotiation and ISO documentation skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
08+ years of experience and 5+ years as Estimation Engineer in electrical domain.
Experience with HV/MV/LV equipment, substation and OHL works.
HSE compliance and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Familiarity with ADNOC, ADDC, AADC, ADM, DEWA, SEWA standards.

Responsibilities

Evaluate project requirements and estimate costs for electrical projects.
Prepare BOQ, cost sheets including direct/indirect costs and temporary facilities.
Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors and negotiate competitive quotes.
Review technical drawings, datasheets and tender documents.
Mentor junior estimation engineers and ensure ISO documentation accuracy.
