NMDC Group is seeking an experienced IT/ERP Systems Analyst to provide reliable ERP/IT services and optimize workflows. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis, workflow configuration and ERP implementation, with Oracle Fusion preferred.

You will collaborate with functional business units and IT deployment teams to configure, customize, tests, and document ERP solutions, ensuring global scalability and effective end-user adoption.

Qualificações

• HCM Applications / Fusion Technical: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Preferably Computer Science or Information Science), or equivalent.
• Certification in ERP Application is preferable. Should be proficient in ERP applications and should have adequate experience in ERP Implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Work with functional business units to understand their business processes, KPI's, organization structure and recommend/build work-flow solutions and reports that are global and scalable
• Work with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, business process related scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards Help administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users to effectively and efficiently utilize IT/ERP Systems functionality
• Manage and ensure resolution for all internal IT/ERP Systems related projects, upgrades and change requests
• Document, maintain and update system-level customizations as well as training materials
• Assists with functional migration to the new IT/ERP systems, data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts
• Collaborate with the functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing
• Provide monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ ERP Manager on over all IT/ERP activities
• Other duties requested by management in support of team work as & when required

Formação académica

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Science)
