NMDC Group is seeking an IT/ERP Functional Consultant in the United Arab Emirates to map business processes to Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Pricing, Inventory, Planning, Manufacturing and Costing.

You will collaborate with IT/ERP deployment teams to configure workflows, roles and dashboards, assist users, and support system migrations, data cleansing and testing efforts. This role emphasizes documentation and ongoing system optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Understand business processes, KPIs, and map them to SCM Cloud Modules (Fusion Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Costing).
• Coordinate with IT/ERP deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, reports and dashboards.
• Assist administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users to effectively utilize ERP functionality.
• Manage and resolve IT/ERP project upgrades and change requests.
• Document, maintain and update system customizations and training materials.
• Assist with functional migration to new IT/ERP systems, data conversion, cleansing, de-duplication and data maintenance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing.
• Provide monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ ERP Manager on IT/ERP activities.
• Other duties requested by management in support of the team.

Work with functional business units to understand their business processes, KPI’s, organization structure and map them to Fusion Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Costing & other SCM Cloud Modules.

• Work with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, business process related scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards
• Help administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users to effectively and efficiently utilize IT/ERP Systems functionality
• Manage and ensure resolution for all internal IT/ERP Systems related projects, upgrades and change requests
• Document, maintain and update system-level customizations as well as training materials
• Assists with functional migration to the new IT/ERP systems, data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts
• Collaborate with the functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing
• Provide monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ ERP Manager on over all IT/ERP activities
• Other duties requested by management in support of team work as & when required
