Job summary

NMDC Careers in United Arab Emirates seeks an ERP Systems Specialist to bridge business processes with Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Planning, Manufacturing, Costing and other SCM Cloud Modules.

You will work with IT/ERP deployment teams on configuration changes, workflows, roles, permissions, and dashboards; support end-users; manage projects and upgrades; and maintain training materials, data cleansing and migration tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand business processes and map to Fusion Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Costing & other SCM Cloud Modules
• Collaborate with IT/ERP deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, reports and dashboards
• Assist administrators, managers, super-users and end-users to utilize IT/ERP Systems functionality effectively
• Manage and ensure resolution for internal IT/ERP Systems projects, upgrades and change requests
• Document and update system-level customizations and training materials
• Assist with functional migration to new IT/ERP systems, data conversion and data maintenance
• Collaborate with functional teams to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing
• Provide monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ERP Manager on IT/ERP activities
• Support team with other duties as required by management

Job description

Work with functional business units to understand their business processes, KPI’s, organization structure andmap them to Fusion Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, Manufacturing, Costing & other SCM Cloud Modules.

• Work with IT/ERP systems deployment teams for configuration changes, workflows, business process related scripts, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports, and dashboards
• Help administrators, department managers, super-users and end-users to effectively and efficiently utilize IT/ERP Systems functionality
• Manage and ensure resolution for all internal IT/ERP Systems related projects, upgrades and change requests
• Document, maintain and update system-level customizations as well as training materials
• Assists with functional migration to the new IT/ERP systems, data conversion, data cleansing, de-duplication, and data maintenance efforts
• Collaborate with the functional teams and business partners to create and execute system test plans and user acceptance testing
• Provide monthly reports/feedback to Group IT Director/ ERP Manager on over all IT/ERP activities
• Other duties requested by management in support of team work as & when required
