ROLE SUMMARY

The Manager – Enterprise Risk Management supports execution of the ERM framework across business units through risk assessments, monitoring, KRIs, and reporting. The role works closely with stakeholders to maintain risk registers, support governance forums, track risk appetite breaches, and deliver accurate, timely enterprise risk insights while strengthening risk culture.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3–6 years' experience in ERM, internal audit, compliance, or risk analytics
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, controls, and governance
• Experience with KRIs, dashboards, and enterprise risk reporting
• Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Certifications (IRM, CRMA, CIA, PMP, CFE) advantageous but not mandatory
