Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Manager - Enterprise Risk Management (GRC) to lead the Group-wide ERM framework, policies and governance from Abu Dhabi. You will develop risk appetite, KRIs, risk registers and Board-level reporting across IMKAN and subsidiaries.

The role requires 8–10 years in ERM/GRC, strong ISO 31000 and COSO knowledge, and experience in real estate or project-based firms in the UAE. Candidates with relevant certifications gain an advantage.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years' experience in ERM, Risk Management, GRC, Governance or related areas.
• Proven experience in developing or implementing ERM frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO ERM and Three Lines Model.
• Experience with risk appetite, KRIs, risk registers, Board/Executive reporting and risk assessments.
• Exposure to real estate, construction, investment or project-based organisations preferred.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.
• Relevant certification such as IRM, CRMA, CIA, FRM, PRM or CRISC is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Establish and implement the Group-wide ERM framework, policies, methodology and governance.
• Develop risk appetite, risk taxonomy, assessment criteria, risk registers and escalation mechanisms.
• Identify and assess strategic, operational, financial, project/development, regulatory and reputational risks.
• Develop KRIs, risk dashboards and management/Board-level risk reporting.
• Integrate risk management into strategy, investment, feasibility, projects, procurement and key business decisions.
• Oversee ERM across IMKAN and its subsidiaries, ensuring consistent risk reporting and escalation.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Finance and other assurance functions, maintaining clear GRC/Three Lines responsibilities.
• Support BCP, resilience, scenario analysis, stress testing and emerging-risk management.
• Promote risk awareness and support risk owners/risk champions across the organisation.
• Lead the development and maturity of the ERM function, including GRC systems and risk data management.
