Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) agenda across agencies, sectors, and departments to strengthen governance.
• Integrate ERM with strategic planning and scenario development; oversee risk reports to DG and Board Chairman.
• Govern ERM maturity, benchmark against best practice, and drive a measurable improvement roadmap.
• Direct governance of strategic, operational and project risks aligned with RTA risk appetite.
• Maintain risk records, monitor ERM activities, and report program health to senior stakeholders.
