Job summary

This role requires a IT degree, Epic certifications, at least five years in healthcare analytics or software development, and deep knowledge of Epic's reporting suite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Certifications in Epic Cogito, Epic Clarity, and Epic Caboodle.
• At least one applicable Data Model certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, data management, or software development within a healthcare environment.
• Expert knowledge of Epic's reporting suite of analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis, programming, testing, and implementation of reporting and visualization tools.
• Interpret request specifications to create and modify data analytics solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to solve high-priority organizational analytical concerns.
• Develop data visualization designs and lead deployment at an enterprise level.
• Build complex business logic of metrics into datasets for ad hoc use.
• Collaborate with data stewards and architects to maintain metadata and facilitate data governance.
• Mentor team members to implement optimal reporting solutions.
