Job summary

Ascension seeks a CDI analytics leader to design, deploy, and optimize self-service dashboards across clinical data platforms. You will mentor a team of analysts, collaborate with Physician Advisors, and drive insights from EHR and billing data to improve care quality.

The role emphasizes data integration expertise (Epic/Cerner), KPI tracking, and leadership in a nonprofit healthcare setting with strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• CDI experience is required for the role.
• Licensure must be relevant to the state of work.
• Educational pathways include HS equivalency with experience or degree with experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of automated dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of business system analysts.
• Partner with Physician Advisors and CDI Directors to present data findings.
• Oversee data extraction from EHRs (Epic, Cerner) and billing databases.
• Track CDI KPIs like CMI, CC/MCC capture, and SOI/ROM scores.
