Qualifications

• 12+ years of EPC procurement and tender management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Procurement, or Construction Management.
• Proven experience leading EPC pre-qualification and bid evaluation.
• Experience on data center or large-scale projects with CapEx > USD 50M per site.
• Strong knowledge of procurement governance, tender procedures, and commercial analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPC procurement activities from pre-qualification to award.
• Develop pre-qualification strategies, evaluation criteria, and scoring matrices.
• Coordinate technical and commercial bid evaluations with stakeholders.
• Prepare bid comparison sheets and executive summaries for review.
• Lead clarification meetings, bidder interviews, and negotiation support.
• Identify procurement risks and mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure fair, transparent, and compliant procurement processes.
• Maintain procurement records, trackers, and decision logs.
• Support governance, dashboards, and reporting for procurement progress.
• Guide project teams on best practices and procurement governance.
