Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Procurement Engineer to lead procurement across major EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Power, Marine, Civil, and Plant sectors. You will manage supplier prequalification, negotiations, and contract administration, ensuring compliance with budgets and timelines.

The role requires a strong background in procurement leadership, supplier management, and project execution within EPC.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
Master's Degree is an advantage.
Professional certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, and Finance to optimize procurement outcomes.
Support procurement planning across Oil & Gas, Power, Marine, Civil, and Plant Projects.
Lead end-to-end procurement cycle from requisition to delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Identify, prequalify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and subcontractors.
Lead commercial negotiations to secure favorable pricing, terms, and delivery commitments.
Provide regular progress reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.
