Job summary

MoEngage is seeking a Solutions Consultant to own the most technically demanding enterprise evaluations in the MEA region from Dubai. You will articulate the full value case, map it to MoEngage’s architecture and AI decisioning, and guide stakeholders through technical validations and security reviews.

You will sit close to Sales leadership, set the bar for enterprise technical sales, and travel across the region to engage top opportunities and build reusable assets for future deals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or related role leading complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Ability to articulate business value and land it with IT to C-suite stakeholders.
• Deep comfort with enterprise technical topics including integration patterns and security considerations.
• Experience navigating RFPs for regulated or complex enterprise buyers in multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical strategy for large, complex enterprise evaluations across the MEA region.
• Identify and build value cases around unknowns in data, systems, or journeys.
• Lead discovery and solution design for legacy systems, multi-entity deployments, and compliance requirements.
• Explain MoEngage's architecture and AI decisioning engine with technical detail to stakeholders.
• Design and lead technical validations, proofs of concept, and security/compliance reviews.
• Mentor other Solutions Consultants and collaborate with Sales on regional strategy and deals.
