Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5-7+ years in enterprise IT support.
• Advanced experience with PC hardware, OS, and business apps.
• Experience with Windows, AD, and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN concepts, infrastructure support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytics, communication and customer service.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced support for hardware, software, applications, and IT infrastructure.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support for users and business functions.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop, network, and peripheral technologies.
• Assist with software deployments, upgrades, and technology implementations.
• Assist with incident response, outage recovery, and system monitoring activities.
• Act as a liaison between users, business stakeholders, and IT teams.
• Manage hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support records.
• Promote adoption of IT standards, processes, and security practices.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to Service Desk and IT team members.
