Job summary

Anaplan in the UAE is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to head our Presales Solution Consulting team. You will empower up to 8 professionals, shape regional strategy, and align with global GTM goals to accelerate customer success across the UAE and broader EMEA region.

This leadership role requires deep SaaS domain knowledge, proven presales leadership, and fluency in Arabic, enabling effective collaboration with regional sales and key customers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of SaaS applications.
• Experience managing and inspiring a team of Presales contributors in a multi-stakeholder sales environment.
• Regional experience leading teams in UAE or the Middle East.
• Ability to drive transformation and change within a team.
• Fluent Arabic required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Solution Consulting team in the UAE, aligning with regional and global goals.
• Partner with regional sales to strategically allocate Presales resources and drive win rates.
• Own the regional book of business and ensure alignment with key accounts and partners.
• Attract, mentor, and develop a high-readiness team and define clear career paths.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and partners to influence UKI business outcomes.
