Job summary

ADNOC Group seeks an AI Infrastructure Specialist to lead enterprise AI infrastructure design and scalable platform engineering in Abu Dhabi. You will partner with engineering and business teams to deploy reliable AI capabilities and optimize performance across environments.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in AI infrastructure, with strong leadership, architecture, and integration skills to support strategic decisions and enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in AI infrastructure development and management.
• At least 5 years in a specialist-level AI infrastructure role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development and implementation of enterprise AI infrastructure solutions.
• Design scalable platforms capable of supporting demanding AI and ML workloads.
• Optimize infrastructure performance, reliability and resource utilization across AI environments.
• Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities where AI infrastructure can improve operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate with engineering, technology and business teams to integrate AI capabilities into platforms and processes.
• Translate business requirements into practical infrastructure designs and technical implementation plans.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and use operational data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure AI infrastructure complies with industry standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, procedures and standards.
