Job summary

Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain is seeking a Senior Technician in the Engineering Department to maintain and repair equipment, conduct preventive maintenance, and minimize downtime across kitchen and laundry operations. You will ensure safe work conditions, manage spare parts, and uphold high engineering service standards.

The role requires a minimum of a High School Diploma, with a desirable Bachelor Degree in Engineering and at least 5 years’ hospitality industry experience.

Qualifications

• Essential - High School Diploma.
• Desirable - A Bachelor Degree in Engineering, or any other relevant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair existing equipment; perform PPM to ensure continuous operation.
• Carry out daily maintenance and ensure safe working conditions.
• Order and replace spares; update logbooks; keep the engineering area safe and tidy.
• Attend to guest complaints and coordinate with other departments as required.
