Job summary

Segula Technologies in Dubai seeks a Senior Manager Engineering & OEM Quality Programs to lead end-to-end automotive product development from concept to deployment.

The role requires deep expertise in mechanical, electrical and electromechanical systems, plus strong leadership to manage multidisciplinary teams across an OEM-after-OEM model with global OEMs and distributors. Travel ~50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience spanning multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced automotive environment.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end product development from concept through validation and mass production.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with OEMs and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction of the engineering department in an OEM-after-OEM model.
• Lead end-to-end product development including concept, design, validation, manufacturing readiness and launch.
• Coordinate with global OEMs, distributors and suppliers to meet quality, cost and performance targets.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing and Leadership.
