Uae Job Alert in Dubai is seeking a Senior Chassis Design Engineer to lead the design and development of vehicle chassis systems from concept to production. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in chassis design within an automotive OEM or Tier-1 environment, strong CAD skills, and experience with DFMEA, GD&T, and engineering analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of chassis design experience in automotive OEM or Tier-1 environment.
• Strong knowledge of chassis systems, vehicle dynamics, and structural engineering.
• Hands-on CAD and engineering documentation experience.
• Familiarity with CAE simulations, tolerance analysis, and DFMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead complete chassis design from concept to production release.
• Develop and update 3D CAD models and drawings.
• Conduct design reviews, tolerance analysis, and DFMEA.
• Coordinate changes and maintain design documentation.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, testing, and suppliers.
• Support prototypes, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and quality.
• Improve performance, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in project planning and milestones.
