Job summary

ADNOC is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead the design, analysis, and inspection of major building projects in Abu Dhabi. You will mentor junior engineers and coordinate with architects, contractors, and other disciplines to deliver compliant, high-quality structures.

The role requires a PE license, a Civil or Structural Engineering degree (Master’s preferred), and 5–10 years of relevant experience with SAP2000, ETABS, RISA, AutoCAD, and Revit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
  • Minimum of 5–10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering.
  • Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g. SAP2000, ETABS, RISA, AutoCAD, Revit).
  • Strong understanding of building codes and standards (e.g. AISC, ACI, ASCE).
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, analysis, and inspection of structural projects across commercial, residential, and industrial buildings.
  • Develop and refine structural design calculations including load analysis and material selection.
  • Create detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software and ensure code compliance.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other disciplines to develop integrated designs.

  • Prepare and review engineering reports, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, providing strategic solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes impacting structural engineering.

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. The Senior Structural Engineer will oversee project design and development, collaborate with various teams, and mentor junior engineers.
