Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Site Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to review and ensure the compliance of all structural construction documentation and site execution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify structural drawings, reinforcement shop drawings and construction documentation for accuracy and compliance with approved designs.
• Evaluate method statements, material submittals, technical data sheets and structural calculations submitted by contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure all structural works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and applicable local and international codes and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and design teams to resolve technical issues and obtain necessary approvals.
• Support site teams by providing technical guidance on structural-related matters.
• Review requests for information (RFIs), technical queries and design clarifications.
• Monitor construction activities to ensure proper implementation of approved structural designs and methodologies.
• Identify non-conformances and recommend corrective actions to maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with site inspectors and quality teams to ensure inspections and approvals are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of reviews, approvals, design changes and technical correspondence.
