Job summary

ADNOC Onshore seeks a Senior Engineer to bridge field assets, project teams, and contractors through lifecycle stages from planning to handover. You will oversee live facilities, ensure safety and production targets, and coordinate interface management across teams.

The role emphasizes construction supervision, MOC, mechanical completion, commissioning readiness, and project scheduling within a major oil & gas environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years in oil and gas project/engineering roles.
• Strong coordination of field interfaces and live facilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise assigned personnel and project activities per approved authority levels.
• Review project planning packages for schedule weaknesses and risks; propose corrective actions.
• Develop project execution strategies with site teams and project standards.
• Identify constructability issues early and propose practical solutions before field work.
• Assess HSE-critical activities and ensure controls are in place before work begins.
• Supervise contractor activities in MOC minor schemes, construction, and commissioning readiness.
• Review contractor submissions (ITPs, method statements, and completion dossiers).
• Coordinate technical reviews with authorities to meet project requirements and standards.
• Attend progress meetings; evaluate performance against plans and schedules.
• Ensure materials meet specifications and project requirements; oversee QA/QC checks.
• Guarantee handover readiness with final walk-downs and as-built records.
