Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in oil and gas project engineering and execution.
• At least 5 years leading multi-disciplinary teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, contract management, planning, and cost control.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of HSE compliance and risk management in large-scale oil and gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major multi-disciplinary oil and gas engineering projects from initiation to commissioning and handover.
• Provide technical input during conceptual development, design review, material specification, procurement, and contract tendering stages.
• Manage Project Management Consultants, contractors, and multinational project teams.
• Develop and execute project strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Direct project teams across all phases including engineering, procurement, construction, and start-up.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE standards and company procedures.
• Oversee budget control and authorization of expenditures.
• Lead pre-qualification of bidders and tender evaluations.
• Coordinate financial matters including forecasts and currency requirements.
• Monitor technical integrity of surface facilities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare weekly highlights and monthly progress reports.
• Participate in corporate committees providing subject matter expertise.
• Advise management on project completion timelines.
