Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Senior Project Engineer - Project Execution in Abu Dhabi to oversee technical coordination across all phases of oil and gas projects. You will ensure alignment of engineering deliverables with project objectives, schedules and safety requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, contractor management and governance experience within an integrated ADNOC environment, enabling successful handover to operations and start-up readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 8+ years of project engineering experience in oil and gas.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary project engineering activities across FEED, detailed design, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead project engineering activities across all phases: concept, FEED, detailed engineering, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop and review requirements to ensure clear project objectives and technical expectations.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, contractors and vendors to align schedules, cost and quality.
