Job summary

ADNOC Group, Abu Dhabi, is seeking a senior professional to supervise the MOC minor scheme construction, mechanical completion, and readiness for commissioning. You will ensure adherence to ADNOC Onshore HSE policies, quality standards, and project regulations while coordinating with site operations and external contractors.

The role emphasizes supervising personnel, reviewing contractor submittals, and maintaining field development plans with strong focus on safety and schedule compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering discipline.
• 8 years of experience in a similar position within Oil & Gas companies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise the activities of assigned personnel.
• Review contractor’s Submittals (ITP, Method statements, Mechanical completion, Ready for commissioning dossiers) and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Attends regular meetings with contractors to review progress and schedule.
• Maintain a schedule of activities related to field development plans and advise site operation.
• Coordinate field input to projects and ensure timely completion of field tasks.
