ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company) in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Civil Maintenance professional to plan and develop civil scopes for tender packages and implement economical solutions in line with business processes and policies. The role leads standards adoption for Civil Maintenance and mentors UAE Nationals to support Emiratisation objectives.

You will initiate, plan, and supervise cross-functional teams and contractors to execute Civil Maintenance projects within schedule,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in Civil maintenance, concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair works within a large industrial organization (Oil & Gas preferred).

Responsibilities

Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages.
Implement the company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance.
Mentor UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering to aid Emiratization targets.
Plan, supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams and contractors for Civil Maintenance projects within schedule, scope and budget.
Ensure defined project requirements and deliverables comply with standards and specs.
Maintain Maintenance Management system for Civil Maintenance support services to plant operations and customers.
Manage contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan for civil services.
