Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Civil Maintenance Specialist to plan and develop civil scopes for tender packages and implement economical solutions per policies. You will lead standards implementation and mentor UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering to support Emiratisation targets.

You will initiate and oversee cross-functional teams and contractors to deliver Civil Maintenance projects within schedule and budget, ensuring compliance with company specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8 years of experience in Civil maintenance, concrete rehabilitation, roads, infrastructure, fireproofing and non-metallic utility piping repair in a large industrial organization.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop civil scope of work for tender packages and implement economical solutions per policies.
• Lead the implementation of company standards and policies related to Civil Maintenance.
• Mentor UAE Nationals in Civil Engineering to aid Emiratisation targets.
• Initiate, plan and supervise cross-functional teams and contractors for Civil Maintenance projects within schedule, scope and budget.
• Ensure well-defined project requirements and deliverables in compliance with standards.
• Plan, monitor and control Maintenance Management system for Civil Maintenance support services to plant ops and other customers.
• Initiate, plan and finalize contracts to support Maintenance Manager as per acquisition plan for civil services.
• Analyze factors like technical competency and HSE performance to select bidders/vendors and obtain approvals.
