Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and approve monthly schedules for the preventive maintenance plan across Municipality sites.
• Receive corrective maintenance requests and issue work orders to contractors.
• Identify sites for monthly unannounced inspection program to verify maintenance quality.
• Implement development and improvement projects for electromechanical systems via approved contractors.
• Verify payment certificates from consultants and contractors against contracts and specs.
• Prepare technical reports for site visits and maintenance projects.
• Adhere to Municipality information security and confidentiality policies.
• Perform any other duties related to the role.
