9E Global is looking for an experienced Senior Associate – Electrical in the UAE to lead electrical engineering design, coordinate project delivery, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop efficient, reliable, and sustainable building solutions for diverse clients.

The successful candidate will provide technical leadership across electrical systems, liaise with clients, architects, and authorities, ensure QA, HSE, and regulatory compliance, and support business development with

Qualifications

Minimum of 13 years' experience in electrical engineering or related field.
Graduate Engineer in Electrical Engineering with professional licensure preferred.
Chartered Engineer status is advantageous.
Proven track record as a Project Engineer on multiple projects, particularly in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical engineering design and coordinate project delivery across multidisciplinary teams.
Provide technical leadership across electrical systems and ensure adherence to standards, codes and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and authorities to drive project success.
Support fee negotiations, proposals, interviews and presentations, and help win new business.
Mentor junior engineers and guide team development while ensuring QA and HSE compliance.
