Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical MRO procurement from local and international suppliers.
• Proficiency in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems and procurement documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of electrical equipment and establish long‑term relationships; negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
• Assess technical specifications and collaborate with engineering teams to review product designs and select suitable suppliers.
• Analyze procurement costs including shipping, customs, and taxes; identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement with project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies; maintain accurate procurement records.
• Stay updated on industry trends and drive process improvements in procurement.
