Job summary

Emirates Electrical Engineering LLC, part of the Al Rostamani Group, seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage material requisitions, source suppliers, negotiate prices and oversee delivery for MEP projects in the UAE.

You will maintain records, monitor supplier performance, and collaborate with project managers to optimize costs while ensuring compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Graduation preferably in Commerce or related field.
• Supply chain certification would be a plus.
• 5 years of experience in MEP project materials procurement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in procuring materials, equipment, labour and services to projects.
• Obtain and review supplier quotes and make recommendations.
• Place orders and ensure timely delivery to sites.
• Maintain records of purchases and inventory.
• Monitor supplier performance for quality and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to meet requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and report to seniors.
• Ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Develop relationships with suppliers to improve procurement experience.
• Improve procurement processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
