Minimum 12-15 years of experience on site and in engineering consultancy firms.
Qualified graduate engineer in Electrical Engineering.Master's Degree/Chartered Engineering status will be an added advantage.
Experience in Middle East projects will behighly preferred.
Experience in airport, aviation, aircraft hangar, or other complex infrastructure projects will be considered an added advantage.
Business Development
Develop a network of contacts on each contract. Concentrate on developing a unified commitment of excellence in dealing with site and design team colleagues.
ProjectRole
- Lead the on-site supervision of logistics, and electrical works across aircraft hangars, maintenance bays, workshops,warehouses, logistics areas, plant rooms, operational buildings, and associatedexternal works.
- Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, load schedules, voltage drop calculations, and single-line diagrams.
- Attend and act on contractor inspection requests (WIR, MIR) and identify non-compliant work for corrective actions.
- Monitor project progress, verify payments, conduct site walks, and coordinate with QS, commercial teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance to resolve on-site electrical issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and specifications.
- Lead project delivery, ensuring timely material coordination, quality assurance, and adherence to timelines and standards.
- Review electrical shop drawings, coordination drawings, materialsubmittals, equipment schedules, method statements, inspection and test plans,RFIs, technical deviations, and commissioning procedures for compliance withthe contract and approved design.
- Monitor contractor resources and progress against theapproved programme, identify interface constraints and delays, assess proposedrecovery measures, and maintain accurate supervision records to supportprogress, change, and claims reviews.

QHSE Responsibilities
- Understand, implement andfollow 9E QHSE policies.
- Implement and coordinate QHSEprocedures in your workplace.
- Comply with local regulatoryauthority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.
- Report any QHSE incidentsimmediately to 9E QHSE Dept. and to legal authorities if required.
- Abide Client/Contractor QHSErequirements and acquire site induction before mobilizing at sites.
