Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead design and production of electrical systems for major infrastructure projects in Dubai. You will coordinate with MEP, architectural and civil teams, review designs, and ensure compliance with Dubai/UAE regulations and international standards.

With a minimum of 12 years in electrical design for metro rail or large infrastructure, you will mentor junior engineers, oversee calculations and documentation, and drive multidisciplinary collaboration to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical design for metro rail or large infrastructure.
Experience with Dubai regulatory requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Leading the design and production in addition to the coordination and review.
Reviewing and coordinating the design and implementation of lighting, power distribution, Fire alarm,Emergency lighting, Earthing and Lightning protection, ELV systems, ensuring compliance with Dubai/UAE and international standards.
Coordinates with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with MEP, architectural, and civil works, and manages interface with other disciplines.
Prepares and reviews technical documentation, calculation notes, cable schedules, shop drawings.
