Jurong International in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Power & SCADA Design Expert to support major rail and transportation projects. You will lead design engineering of railway power supply and SCADA systems for safe and efficient operation of modern rail networks.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, develop system architectures, and ensure adherence to IEC/IEEE/EN standards across Metro, HSR, LRT, and APM projects in an international consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Power/Control & Instrumentation engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in railway power supply design, SCADA engineering, and electrical systems integration.
• Proven track record delivering Metro, Railway, HSR, LRT, or APM projects.
• Strong knowledge of traction power, auxiliary distribution, substations, SCADA architecture, and protection systems.
• Experience with international railway standards (IEC, IEEE, EN).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design and engineering of railway power supply systems including traction and auxiliary power systems.
• Develop Power & SCADA designs for Metro, Railway, HSR, LRT, and APM projects.
• Prepare system architecture, single-line diagrams, calculations, specifications, and documentation.
• Coordinate with signalling, communications, track, civil, structural, MEP, and systems integration teams.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client requirements.
• Participate in interface management, design reviews, testing, commissioning planning and integration activities.
