Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi invites a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead onshore/offshore oil and gas electrical design projects. You will supervise engineers, prepare estimates, ensure technical integrity, and coordinate with clients and vendors to deliver 220kV/132kV projects.

You bring a graduate Electrical Engineering degree, chartered engineer preferred, plus extensive experience in substation design, protection coordination, and E-HAZOP. English communication skills required.

Qualifications

• Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Chartered Engineer preferred.
• Experience in 220kV, 132kV, 33kV systems and HV design.
• Onshore/offshore Oil & Gas electrical design experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team of engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Lead discipline team to deliver electrical designs and project deliverables.
• Prepare cost, time and resource estimates for projects.
• Manage design changes within budget and schedule constraints.
• Coordinate with client engineering teams for design approvals and reviews.
