Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum ten years of professional experience managing infrastructure projects in the UAE.
Experience involving roads and utility infrastructure incl. sewer pumping stations.
Strong understanding of electrical engineering requirements for infrastructure construction.
Thorough knowledge of RTA regulations, standards, and approval procedures.
Experience coordinating with government authorities (RTA, DEWA, Dubai Municipality).
Reviewing engineering drawings and technical submissions.
Ability to manage scopes, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
Demonstrated engineering management and supervision capability.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and review electrical engineering deliverables to meet project requirements.
Coordinate with road and utility construction activities.
Review LV/HV electrical interfaces and installations.
Prepare and submit technical reports, procurement docs, and specs.
Maintain records of submissions, reviews, and approvals.
Lead engineering teams and supervise junior staff.
