Job summary

TALENTMATE seeks a highly experienced Supervisor- Construction (electrical) to lead on-site electrical activities for oil and gas EPC projects. The role requires deep HV/LV knowledge, strong supervision of installations and strict adherence to blueprints, codes, and schedules.

Diploma in Electrical Engineering is mandatory, with a minimum of 10 years in construction supervision and at least 5 years in petroleum EPC environments. ADNOC approval is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in construction supervision.
• 5+ years in oil and gas EPC projects as Construction Supervisor (electrical).
• Experience overseeing on-site electrical installations and adherence to blueprints, building codes and schedules.
• Knowledge of HV/LV systems, electrical schematics and testing procedures.
• ADNOC approval is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site electrical installations and ensure compliance with blueprints and codes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site workers to meet project schedules.
• Monitor safety practices and quality control during electrical activities.
• Review drawings and schematics for accuracy and feasibility.
