Job summary

FISHER HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCIES L.L.C is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer (Electrical) to manage electrical and control works on EPC Oil & Gas projects, including ADNOC standards. The role ensures safe execution, on schedule, and in conformance with project specifications.

Responsibilities include leading site teams, coordinating with QA/QC/HSE, and supporting testing and handover activities while addressing construction risks and progress reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience as Senior Construction Engineer (Electrical) in EPC Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience with electrical and control systems.
• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer Electrical to manage and oversee electrical and control works for EPC projects within the Oil Gas sector including ADNOC projects. The role is responsible for ensuring construction activities are executed safely on schedule and in compliance with project specifications, ADNOC standards and applicable codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise electrical and control construction activities on site
• Ensure compliance with EPC project requirements and ADNOC standards
• Coordinate with engineering QA QC HSE and construction teams
• Monitor progress manpower and productivity of electrical works
• Review drawings method statements and work plans
• Resolve site issues related to electrical and control systems
• Support inspections testing commissioning and handover activities
• Report construction progress and risks to project management

Qualifications
