Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 15+ years of relevant electrical construction experience on major MEP/building projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV distribution, lighting, small power, containment, earthing, ELV interfaces.
• Experience leading large site teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
• Familiar with UAE/GCC inspection and energization processes.
• Knowledge of QA/QC and HSE practices for electrical works.

Responsibilities

• Lead site execution of electrical and ELV works, ensuring productivity, quality, safety and timely completion.
• Plan and control electrical construction activities against drawings, statements and programme.
• Supervise engineers, foremen and subcontractors; manage manpower and materials.
• Coordinate with mechanical, architectural and other trades to avoid clashes.
• Drive RFIs, resolve coordination issues and approve site changes.
• Ensure inspections, tests and NCR closures with QA/QC.
• Enforce HSE requirements and safe energization procedures.
• Provide progress updates to planning and commercial teams.
