Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and professional registration if required.
Minimum 8 years of relevant electrical engineering experience in MEP/building projects.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, earthing and electrical codes.

Responsibilities

Review electrical drawings, specifications, BOQs and schedules for accuracy and coordination.
Prepare and review electrical calculations including load, sizing, voltage drop and short-circuit.
Evaluate material submittals, datasheets and supplier quotations for compliance.
Coordinate with architectural, civil, mechanical, and other disciplines on design issues.
Assist procurement and support project teams with technical evaluations and changes.
Maintain records of submissions, approvals and revisions and provide guidance to junior staff.
