Job summary

Women First Jobs is seeking an experienced EHS Trainer to lead environmental health and safety training across our projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 8 years of EHS training experience, plus relevant certifications, to ensure compliance with local and international standards.

You will develop tailored training programs, deliver sessions to employees, contractors, and visitors, and perform risk assessments and site inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as an EHS Trainer, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH IOSH or OSHA are required.
• Strong knowledge of Gulf safety regulations and international EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs tailored to project requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for employees, contractors and visitors on EHS policies and procedures.
• Perform site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate EHS documentation including training records, incident reports and audits.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams and help develop EHS policies and procedures.
