Job summary

Armada seeks a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, Edge AI, to own deployments and long-term technical ownership for ME customers. You will lead platform bring-up, configure production environments, and drive adoption while maintaining security and sovereignty requirements.

In this role you will manage technical governance, JSPs, and expansion discussions, partnering with sales and product teams to accelerate value delivery and customer trust across the region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE, forward-deployed engineering, or technical account roles.
• Experience owning hands-on delivery and long-term customer relationships.
• Experience with Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage, and GPU-accelerated compute.
• Willingness to travel across the ME region.
• Strong communication for executive and engineering audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of Armada platforms including Atlas, Galleon with AEP, and Leviathan AI Factory integrated with Bridge GPU-as-a-Service.
• Own on-site deployments across Saudi Arabia and the broader ME region.
• Own infrastructure bring-up, platform configuration, and production readiness validation.
• Serve as the primary technical contact post go-live and own the success plan and adoption milestones.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to deployment standards and runbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on priorities, escalations, and roadmap discussions.
