Job summary

Armada is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer, Edge AI, to lead hands-on deployments and own technical accounts across the ME region. This hybrid role emphasizes rapid production readiness, platform bring-up, and post-live ownership to ensure customer success and expansion.

You will work with cross-functional teams to accelerate value, govern security and sovereign data requirements, and mentor junior engineers as Armada scales in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, SRE or related roles.
• Deep technical expertise across Linux, networking, Kubernetes, storage and GPU-accelerated compute.
• Experience with enterprise customers in regulated environments.
• Willingness to travel across the ME region and UAE.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment and platform bring-up for Armada solutions.
• Own on-site deployments across the ME region.
• Maintain Joint Success Plans with customers and drive milestones.
• Drive adoption and expansion of workloads and capabilities.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support to resolve issues.
