Job summary

Armada is seeking a Regional Oil & Gas Customer Engineer to lead technical pre-sales across our regional NOC engagements. You will own the technical relationship with NOC customers, translating operational challenges into Armada solutions across edge compute, sovereign AI, and disconnected environments.

You will collaborate with product, delivery, and partner teams to develop proofs of concept, maintain deep partner knowledge, and serve as the trusted technical advisor to customer engineering

Qualifications

• 8+ years of pre-sales, solution architecture, or customer/sales engineering experience in oil & gas.
• Strong grasp of edge computing, data center infrastructure, cloud, and AI/ML solution architecture.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage with senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Own technical pre-sales for regional NOC accounts: discovery, solution design, demos, PoCs, and technical proposals.
• Lead design of integrated edge solutions with hardware, network, and deployment approaches.
• Translate upstream/midstream/downstream use cases into Armada architectures and document PoCs.
